You can't help but be inspired by Spring! After such a long winter,
the green of daffodils poking up in the garden is a very welcome sight.
Spring has always been noted as a time of renewal and rejuvenation - and we
agree. At the Wild Horse Inn, we are clearing the last of the snow, making
garden plans and finishing projects left once the snow was flying.
This is a lovely time to visit our area, with cool weather, crystal clear
days and a respite from the crowds. Peace and quiet are part of the rejuvenation
process for all of us, and a walk through the forest in
Spring can inspire in so many ways.
We are anticipating a very fulfilling summer of guests old and new,
weddings, great food and lots of time outdoors on local trails.
But first, Spring!
Come
join us!

What's one GREAT thing about May and early
June...?
No crowds! By coming up before rush
season, you'll have the springtime trails to yourself. (Plus - you'll be sure to get a table at
Hernando's!) Come on up and visit us in this gorgeous time of
year.

A FEW FUN THINGS
We just saw the first moose of the spring in the
meadow outside of Fraser!
The frog in the pond just came out
of hibernation - we now hear the "ribbit" song every morning!
The first trails to open for summer
are usually Flume, Creekside and Chainsaw. Get your hiking boots on!

Welcome
to Your Newsletter!
When we
began the Wild Horse Inn seven years ago, we became a part of a wonderful
community in the Fraser
Valley. Of course,
there are gorgeous mountains, exciting events, endless festivals,
incredible mountain biking and world-class skiing...but our connection to
this place begins with our community.
So we decided to begin a Wild Horse Inn newsletter. Everyone who's stayed
with us (or plans to) makes up a special group with a sense of place.
Discover what's going on around the Wild Horse Inn. Look for area events,
local profiles, guest profiles (it could be you!) and great deals on your
next visit. You'll also find fun stuff like perfect
places to picnic, dining specials and the upcoming
"Next Cookie Jar Star" cookie contest!
Welcome! And thanks for being
part of our community!
